Tomorrow:
- Wash with baby shampoo or other gentle cleanser, followed by your anti-microbial spray cleanser (Hyacyn Active).
- Apply a layer of your Exo-E repair serum. This may sting a little bit, you may use a fan to cool it down.
- Apply a thin layer of aquaphor if you feel dry, followed by a physical (zinc or titanium) sunscreen.
- 24 hours post-treatment typical make-up may be applied
During the first 2 days following treatment:
- Avoid the use of hot water massages or the use of swimming pools
- Avoid the use of abrasive or harsh products
- Avoid any mechanical or thermal damage to the treated area (e.g. Sauna)
- Avoid strenuous exercise and excessive sweating. Keep the skin clean in order to avoid contamination or infection
- 1-3 days post-treatment small scabs will appear and will possibly remain for several days, depending upon the treatment area. Do not scratch or touch the scabs. Allow them to shed naturally from the skin.
- It is highly recommended to use a moisturizer twice a day, morning and night, over the next 5-7 days.
- Avoid any type of skin tanning (sun exposure, tanning beds, or artificial sunless tanning lotions) – during the entire treatment course
- If blistering or clustered skin occurs, please contact us.
During your entire course of treatment:
- Stay hydrated (drinking at least 1 liter of water daily). Start at least one week before the first treatment
- Use a high-factor sunscreen (at least 30 SPF) for at least 1 month after every treatment
- Avoid any type of skin tanning (sun exposure, tanning beds, or artificial sunless tanning lotions)
Expected Downtime:
- General downtime is 3-10 days on the face and up to 21 days on the body.
